ScarfaceFZ6 well i'll start eating my words now looks like the coil didnt do anything. I guess i'll start looking at gas and either change it out or add sea foam or something but if anyone has any suggestions i would love to hear them.

OK looks like i got it just in case anyone else is looking coil resistance specs are 1.53-2.07 ohms @ 68 deg f on primary coil from red/blk to org/blk connector, and 12.0-18.0 kohms @ 68 deg f on secondary coil from plug lead #1-#2. I found 2.7 ohms on primary and 14.77 kohms on secondary so i'll start with replacing primary coil and see what happens. It does make sense cause if resistance is high coil will take a millisecond longer to fire so it will act like the timing is retarted. Thats why its not kicking me a misfire code. hope this might help someone else.
