asp125 Mystery solved c/o the 600riders forum:
FZS6 = just the American model number

W = 2007
X = 2008
Y = 2009

C = California emissions

B = black (08-09)
L = blue (07-09)
R = red (07)

rwlange I'm having the same issue... FZS6YB, FZS6YCB, FZS6YCL, FZS6YL? There's nothing on the title. Vehicle History Report says the Model is FZ6-SHB and the Trim is SHB. Under the seat the model label says 4S8D-010 B. Very confusing.

Hello,

I'm going to buy a yamaha fz6 bike, and this kinda my dream come true. The guy sell this to me claim that it is an fz6 2009. I never own any yamaha fz bikes, so this is hard for me to tell. Can you guys please help
