Frame damage

hey my names Rayne i got an issue that im trying to figure out. awhile back my Fz6 went through a bit of a slide... anyways ive replaced all the plastic on the bike but because i didnt have any frame sliders my bike now has a nice and really noticable scratch on the right side of the frame. it slid about 10 or 15 feet on concrete. i heard about replacing the frame would be hard for reasons like titling issues because it would have a new vin # and stuff like that but idk hat to do. someone told me have a welder look at it. i was thinking like someone said trying to buff the metal down abit to get the scratches less noticable. use bondo and then do a powder coat finish over the frame again. idk what to do myself so i was wondering if anyone on here can help me out.

thanks.
