FZ6 Lack of Power/ Probable Misfire

Hey guys,
Your threads have been incredibly helpful so i decided to join the community. I recently bought a 2005 FZ6 and have finished the street-fighter conversion on it. Now, I have run into a problem which I believe to be a misfire. When I get on the throttle quickly while in neutral, the bike bogs down. When i roll on the throttle slowly in neutral, it does not. While riding the bike, same thing.. most of the time. Sometimes when I romp on it, it gets full power, but sometimes has a hard time even accelerating if underpowered in a higher gear. When I was examining the components shortly after buying the bike, I realized the 2nd cylinder's spark plug had some classic blue corrosion on the receptor end of it as well as the input side of the wire attached to it. I have ordered new spark plugs and coil packs for it and should have them in this weekend. I am curious if you guys think this will solve my problem or if there are any other obvious options that I am missing. Thanks for your time and ride safe!

Going to bump this -- I have a similar issue. Copper, did the coil packs and plugs help?

Hey Cooper,
Old thread but ......Having same problem (same year). Even Yamaha seems unable(or unwilling) to help. Did you resolve it?
