The FZ6 performance parts source

I havent found any good sites to buy performance parts for the FZ6 through google so I thought maybe with the participation of the other forum members we could source websites that contain parts for the FZ6. Here, ill start:

These are what I've sourced for an 88 FZ600 since it's what I'll be bringing home...I hope.

Jet Kits, Air Filter, Etc.- http://www.jcmotors.com/s-9-sport-bi...ResetFilters=1

Body Parts- http://www.airtech-streamlining.com/...6001985-88.htm

Okay whos next?

Those are for the new FZ6's and not the older 86-88 FZ600's as I stated in my original post.

The older FZ600 are harder to find parts for than the newer and more popular FZ6.

www.newenough.com - Apparel & Parts
www.kneedraggers.com - Tires & Etc.
www.twistedthrottle.com - Parts & Gear
www.denniskirk.com - Pretty Much Everything

These are the sites I use most frequently. NewEnough has excellent customer service by the way. I highly recommend them.

fz6 frame damage

hey iom trying to figure out how to put up a new post but i cant figure it out

anyways i was wondering if i could have some opinions from you guys. awhile ago my bike went through a crash and now has frame damage. i heard all about how difficult replacing the frame would be due to title issues and stuff like that. is there anyway possible to repair the frame. its not broken or anything but the bike slid on the frame for a good 10 feet on concrete.

I'd go on vintage racing sites where the bikes are used occasionally for trackbikes. Like the WERA BBS, or AHRMA site ... do they even still exist ? just kidding ... get on the WERA, be nice, ask questions in the appropriate threads, you'll get all the advice/sources you could want.Older bikes, like the first-gen FZ600s, may need to have parts fabbed instead of purchased. It's part of the "fun" of owning/using older units. And cheaper too ! Who's not looking for cheaper, these days ?Don't forget , XJ550 Seca, and Maxim shares some bits with the later FJs, then FZs ... Good luck !

I guess that you should try on eBay or Amazon.

Messy, I know this string has been dead for a couple of years, but I just wanted to let you know that your airtech link was exactly what I needed to find the maker of my body kit! Thanks man!
