Use your iphone guys! You can just put in a headphone and it'll vocally tell you where to turn and where to go. It's quite convenient if you ask me !

Don't have an iPhone but have a very nice handlebar mounted system (Garmin Nuvi ) which has been great. Recalculates quickly if you get off track, gives good warning of speed cameras and updates automatically. Good value for money and highly recommended.

It's pretty easy and inexpensive to jimmy rig a regular $60 car navigation onto your bike though. Just gotta find a power source to hook it all up to. http://www.motorcyclehouse.com/Motor...Navigation.htm this stand should work pretty universally and give you a good idea of what you need to build/rig. Super convenient to have GPS logged official speeds too when you're doing " Spirited " riding.

why not just get that Skully helmet if it hits the market? Seems like a problem solver for you right there.

Unless you use a speedohealer you're not seeing the correct speed. If you mount a decent GPS like my Garmin Nuvi 3590LMT you can see the correct speed you're going in addition to the posted speed limit, which my Iphone is not capable of doing.
I just ordered a speedohealer and the gear indicator today for my '06 FZ6.
What I would like to find is a 12V terminal block. I find it's a pain to try to connect a number of connectors to the battery terminals as the screws aren't long enough to make the job easy. I have a USB charger for my phone along with a charger cord connected to the battery now but need to add at least one more 12V connector to charge the GPS.
