Models

I just bought a 2004 fz6 with 12,500 miles on it. The owner didn't have the manual. I was looking up some parts, and the had an option for a fz6ss and one for a fz6ssc. Anyone know the difference?

Thanks

are the same... The second has a different CPU, different clocks, different swingarm. More comfortable seat (slightly). That's all I know mate.

What are the mechanical differences between models/engines/suspension/frames of YZF600s currently in production ? Why does Yamaha continue this practice of offering many models of similar platform ? I guess I like it, from a performance , for hybrids, that is ...track use, but for marketing , are they just trying to fill "niches" in price structure ?Does it have anything to do with riding application ? As in type of riding or tarmac/terrain ? Am I over analyzing ?
