I bought this bike with relatively light, right side damage. It was 95% fairing only.No frame damage. I bought the new OEM fairings, and bits to fix it.. It turned out very nice . This bike is inspected in the state of Maryland. The clear Md.title is in my hand.I have it listed on CL for $4150.USD or a reasonable offer will be considered. This bike is blue, and has 106 original miles. mid Atlantic delivery is negotiable, or shipping in the USA via ForwardArse also available. call : three oh 1 - too sex six- seven 5 4 won

Looks good! Are there any remaining road rash marks on the bike? Was it hit or just laid down? Still for sale?

hi Steve, this bike is basically as new, the 2 spots that weren't ez to fix,are minor and cosmetic only. And not quickly noticeable. The salvage inspection w MD state police is done, and the clear title has been recieved, and is ready for re-assignment. The bike has already passed MD. safety inpection for registration. I have it listed on the DC craigslist page here : http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/m...774528719.html
this bike has been laid down, not smashed,or hit. I won't usually try to re-sell impacted bikes. Too much liability, and difficulty in repairing them correctly. This bike was repaired with NEW OEM parts, all fairings, right side mirror, and upper fairing bracket. The mirror mount was bent, and required the bracket to be replaced. This bike was an EZ fix.

I would buy this bike in a heartbeat if it were closer! Unfortunately, I can't afford the bike and the gas to drive my pig of a v-8 truck up there to come get it. You wouldn't happen to be coming to Florida anytime soon would you?!? Good luck with the sale. I'm sure it will sell quickly.

Sold !

thanx Steve, I did finally sell the bike to an Indian guy for commuting duties in northern VA. I got my $4000. , and only had to get it inspected in VA. for him, since he was not familiar with some of the procedures for registering in the commonwealth. I'll be looking for another FZ6, or R6 project immediately. I loves me some Yamaha racing heritage !! Heck, I'm even thinking of a late model R6 trackbike sui-cycle ... 600 class is kinda dangerous ?
