Can anyone tell me the front rotor brake disc from a 06 Fz6 would fit on to a 08 S2 fazer?

I'd give that a 95% yes.

the easiest way to check this sort of thing yourself, is to use any of the online parts sources, and look up the front rotor part numbers and compare them. If they are the same, you're in business.

and you can also do it through Yamaha itself.... create an account on MyYamaha and look up parts for a model before 2007 and one after... as far as I know, the same brakes are used on all the models with that distinction. the earlier bikes used 2 piston slider calipers, and the later models used four piston calipers. (The calipers will both work on either setup, so I have to assume the rotors are physically the same.)

Ya definitely that front rotor disc brake of 06 Fz6 will fit in 08 S2 Fazer, they both have the same size of the disc and pads, and also it will works properly.
