Do you mean the battery wont hold a charge when you ride? If you know how to do a continuity test on electronics I'd try that on your stator and your rectifier. My friends 95 Seca II had the same problem, it was the rectifier. For like $35 a shop diagnosed this after he already threw a bunch of money into the bike. You may just want to go that route if you're not trying to tackle the job yourself. Could save you alot of time, stress, and money. I hope that helps.
